4 weeks ago we decided to invest in a small condo for our adult daughter. We closed on the perfect space a week ago—- completely due to Emily Doherty. We met Emily because she was showing the first condo we were interested in. She walked us through the space while observing what we liked& didn’t like, asking excellent questions, getting to know us without being even remotely invasive. We mentioned a condo that we thought was out of our range, she suggested it wouldn’t hurt to look and within 30 min. we were on our way. It was clear this was the right place for our needs and from then on Emily’s professional advice and knowledge, her quick research on our concerns and questions, her ability to go to the source for answers ( the Condo’s HOA, building supervisor, etc) had us ready to make an offer. And here her professionalism really came through. She helped us structure our bid so that we offered at a considerably lower price, she sold it to the owners representative and it was accepted within 24 hours. My husband and I have no doubts that it was Emily who made this happen so quickly and smoothly. She is extremely good at this work; her combination of initiative, people skills and professionalism cannot be over-valued. And we are very satisfied customers.

She was very knowledgeable about the area and set the asking price well. We accepted an offer above list price with 72 hours of the going on the market.
